Attorney John Paul Marchan was born and raised in Waukesha, Wisconsin. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School and established a law practice in 2006.
His office is located in Waukesha and his legal work focuses on litigation, including criminal defense and family law issues. He defends citizens accused of having committed everything from simple misdemeanors to complicated felony crimes.
Atty. John Paul Marchan is not afraid to fight, but also is able to bring compromise and successfully negotiate on behalf of clients when called for. He also represents persons in family law disputes and is regularly appointed by local judges to serve as a Guardian ad Litem.
John Paul sees the legal profession as a way to walk along a person who is in major crisis and guide them through it. He approaches his cases in a compassionate and understanding manner while employing an aggressive methodology.
In his spare time, John Paul enjoys being with his family, creating woodworking projects, and spending time outdoors camping, hunting and fishing and riding his Harley Davidson.
